
Perhaps one of the most
popular online games are Massively multiplayer online role-playing games, or MMORPG for short. Each year, numerous MMORPG have been developed and released. Being a gamer that I am, I wanted to try all of them but my computer can only handle so much. It also contains my valuable MP3 music collection so I can't delete them all so I can install all the game available. Due to my plight, I can only try a few games at a time and I decided to try this game called Ran Online.
Ran Online's design is based on the Japanese campus style. The characters are high school students and four
different jobs are available. Unlike other games where jobs are available for both male and female avatars, Ran Online has gender-specific jobs. Female avatars can either be a Shaman or an Archer. Male avatars can choose between being a Brawler or a Swordsman.
There are three school campuses featured in the game, each one selling different styles of clothing to their students. After you've played the game for quite sometime, you'll easily recognize if a character is under the same campus as you because of his or her clothing. The
pvp mode of Ran Online is called a duel. Characters don't have to go to a specific place to duel against each other, you can just invite someone to a duel anywhere on the map.
