PC Inspector Recovers Lost Files

If accidents don't happen, then the world would be a much less pissed gob in the universe. But if accidents don't happen, there would be no Big Bang, no Milky Way, no solar system, and no Earth. If accidents don't happen, there would be no such program as a PC Inspector File Recovery that could dig the files I had accidentally deleted. These files could no longer be found in the Recycle Bin. The PC Inspector can be downloaded free. The next question is, should I reformat my PC so I could reorganize my files and clear up the clutter?
